The Management Board of S&T AG (“Company”) announces that the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of S&T AG as of 15 January 2019 has resolved upon on agenda topic 1 as follows:
Share buyback program I 2019
The Executive Board of S&T AG had approved on 17 January 2019 a buyback program for own shares ("Aktienrückkaufprogramm 2019") using the authorization granted by the extraordinary shareholder meeting on 15 January 2019, pursuant to § 65 paragraph 1 N 8 of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
S&T AG completed the share buyback on July 22, 2019 and bought back 0 shares during this period.
