Changes in the supervisory board of Kontron AG

Augsburg, Germany, August 31, 2015 – Kontron, a leading global provider of Embedded Computer Technology (ECT), announces that Supervisory Board and Management Board have decided unanimously to file an application for the appointment of Dr. Dieter Düsedau as court-appointed Supervisory Board member until the next Annual General Meeting of the company.

Dr. Dieter Düsedau takes over the mandate from Peter Bauer, who resigned from the Supervisory Board of Kontron AG effective 31 August 2015.

“With Dr. Düsedau we win a seasoned expert in the technology and financial areas for the Supervisory Board.
