Dr. Dieter Düsedau appointed as Supervisory Board member of Kontron

Augsburg, September 30, 2015 - Kontron, a leading global provider of Embedded Computer Technology (ECT), announces the appointment by court as of September 22, 2015 of Dr. Dieter Düsedau as Supervisory Board member of Kontron. Dr. Dieter Düsedau takes over the mandate from Peter Bauer, who resigned from the Supervisory Board of Kontron AG effective 31 August 2015.

Dr. Düsedau is a graduate physicist and worked as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company in Munich until 2014. At McKinsey he was heading the telecommunications, IT and media practice and most recently the strategy practice. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked as an advisor for companies in the high-tech and financial services industry. Dr. Düsedau is holing mandates in various supervisory boards.
