Channel Sales Manager (M/F/D)

Location: Remote, Germany.

Your duties

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, and close new channel business opportunities with key decision-makers.
  • Support sales meetings alongside Channel Sales Representatives.
  • Develop and manage distribution and channel partner relationships.
  • Analyze customer needs, propose solutions, and secure contracts.
  • Expand existing accounts to grow indirect sales opportunities.
  • Drive custom development projects for strategic deals.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and partner programs.
  • Implement business plans with clear targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal teams.
  • Travel as required to meet clients and partners.

Skills required

  • Minimum 3 years of successful channel sales experience in B2B environments, with a strong "hunter" mentality and proven track record in new business development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and German,
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and technologies, with the ability to present solutions confidently to partners and customers.
