Das Kontron COMe-cSP2 Computer-on-Module ist ein COM Express® compact Modul (95 x 95 mm) mit dem weitverbreiteten Pin-out Type 2. Es ermöglicht die Entwicklung von energiesparenden Endgeräten mit High-End Grafik auf Basis des Intel® Atom™ Prozessors (bis zu1,6GHz) und Intel® System Controller Hub US15W, ohne den sicheren Pfad eines etablierten und besonders zukunftssicheren Industriestandards zu verlassen.
Das Kontron COMe-cSP2 unterstützt PCI sowie mit SDVO anspruchsvolle Grafikausgabe. Zusätzliche Videosignale für VGA und DVI Bildschirme, in Auflösung SDTV und HDTV sowie TV Eingänge erleichtern das Design der Systemgrafik deutlich. Diese besondere Funktion macht das 95 x 95 mm große Computer-on-Module ideal für sowohl kleine mobile und extrem energieeffiziente Multimedia-Anwendungen oder mobile Diagnose- und Messanwendungen.
Die COM Express® Kompatibilität ermöglicht den einfachen Austausch der Module und sichert sowohl die Skalierbarkeit von Designs als auch zukünftige Migrationspfade.
