Das Kontron COMe-cP2020 ist mechanisch kompatibel zur COM Express®-compact-Spezifikation (95 mm x 95 mm) und basiert auf der Freescale™ QorIQ™ P2020 Dual-Core Power Architecture® mit 1.2 GHz. Für den Einsatz im industriellen Temperaturbereich von -40 bis +70 °C ist außerdem eine Version mit 1.0 GHz Taktrate verfügbar.
Die COMe-cP2020 Computer-on-Module mit Power Architecture® erfüllen die Anforderungen zahlreicher Märkte und Applikationen.
Einsatzszenarien finden sich:
# im Transportwesen, z.B. für Fahrzeugsteuergeräte oder Event-Recorder,
# im Energiesektor, z.B. für Leistungsmesssysteme,
# in industriellen Applikationen wie PLCs oder Closed-Loop-Steuerungen von Synchronmotoren oder Turbinen.
