Repair & Return Expert (M/W/D)

Your tasks:
 

  • Management of Repair Services for both Long Term Support (LTS) & ongoing Repair & Return (R&R)
  • Governance of Repair Services processes and requirements
  • Management of Repair Services activities & Reporting (performance, costs etc.)
  • Management of R&R inventory, Rip & Test process with primary Repair Vendor, sourcing of B Class Field Replaceable Units (FRU) on Grey Market, consumption reporting of LTS material
  • Support for the testing of C Class material to support LTS strategy 

 

Your qualification:
 

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in IT or Telecommunication industry working in a test environment 
  • Fluent in spoken and written German & English 
  • MS-Office Know How, beneficial to also have Database (MS Access) knowledge and also experience with ERP-systems (eg Navision)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, team player
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress ability to adapt to new processes quickly

We offer a gross annual salary in line with the market from EUR 60.000 per year. An overpayment according to actual qualifications and experience is envisaged.
