Kontron Europe GmbH provides a customer oriented RMA-service in order to get your unit repaired very fast and efficiently. Please follow the given instructions. Please download the RMA-Request Form.

Instructions

  • Please complete the given RMA-Request Form
  • Please take care to include a short but detailed description of the observed problem or failure and product identification
  • Please send the completed RMA-Request Form to RMA-Ulm@kontron.com
  • Kontron Europe GmbH (Ulm) will provide you an RMA-No within 1-2 business days
  • The goods for repair shall be packed properly for shipping, considering shock- and ESD-protection.
  • Please add the RMA-sheet to the relevant delivery address and include the RMA-No into shipping paperwork.
  • Please send the goods for repair to the address which is given you with the RMA-No

 

Note

Goods returned to us in non proper packaging will be considered as customer caused faults and cannot accepted in any case as warranty repairs.
